The Canadian Dance Assembly <http://www.cda-acd.ca/en>  is seeking a small organization or individual to share a part of a large and open loft style office in Toronto’s historic and picturesque distillery district. The Artscape building houses artists of various disciplines, and we share our floor with several visual artists and dance oriented organizations. CDA also shares our sunny and charming office space with the Dance Current Magazine, and as we are moving to a larger space on the same floor we are hoping another dance or performing arts oriented organization would be interested in joining us in making the new space their home.

Size: 1151 sqft.total (Tenant would have 20% of this total, 225 sq ft. )
Move in date: November 1st or December 1st.
Cost: 395$ a month + internet, phone connections, and minimum cleaning fees.
